I grew up in New York City and graduated from Parsons School of Design with a degree in Communication Design, focusing on design and animation. My passion for motion graphics sparked one day in the computer lab when I glimpsed an upperclassman’s animation project. From that moment, I knew this was the field for me.

Shortly after graduating, I was honored when my motion graphics professor invited me to teach at Parsons. For the next 16 years, I taught motion graphics to both undergraduate and graduate students, sharing my knowledge and learning from my students in return.

My career in graphic design and animation began in New York City, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most prestigious studios on exciting and innovative campaigns. I've worked on a diverse array of projects, including movie titles, television branding, show packages, live events, retail displays, and more. My clients have included Nike, Microsoft, the NFL, CNN, Time Warner Discovery, Disney, and others.

Now, as I continue my journey as an educator at Mt. San Antonio College, I look forward to once again sharing my expertise and being inspired by my students. My teaching focuses on nurturing creativity and technical skills, with an emphasis on the 12 principles of animation. These principles are the foundation of effective motion design, and I aim to instill them in my students, encouraging them to explore their unique voices while mastering the art of animation.
