Krislam Chin (kris-lum) is a designer and educator based in Los Angeles with over 13 years of design experience, specializing in branding, storytelling, strategy, and presentation design. Collaborating with top brands like Disney, Starbucks, and the Oscars, Krislam's portfolio showcases visually stunning and impactful designs. Her passions lie at the intersection of design and pedagogy, pushing her work advocating affordable and equitable access to education.
As the founder of Hello World Studio, LLC, a graphic design studio in LA, Krislam focuses on uplifting emerging designers, the community, and small businesses. Additionally, she holds a tenure-track position as a professor at Mt. San Antonio College. She serves as the Co-Director of Education on the Board of Directors at AIGA LA.
An avid lifelong learner, Krislam holds an AA in Graphic Design, a BS in Business Management from FIDM, and an MS in Integrated Design Business and Technology from USC. With a unique blend of experience, education, and passion, Krislam is an invaluable asset and a distinctive voice in the design industry.
