Full-Time Faculty


Catherine McKee

Professor McKee joined Mt. San Antonio College as a full-time professor in business law and paralegal studies in August of 1995. She teaches or has taught Business Law, Introduction to Paralegal, Legal Analysis and Writing, Advanced Legal Analysis and Writing, Tort Law, and Employment and Ethical Issues. She previously taught at Mt. SAC as an adjunct professor and has also served as the coordinator of the paralegal program, coordinator of the paralegal internship program, and coach of the mock trial team.  In her private practice Ms. McKee mainly practiced tort law, focusing on construction defect litigation.  She is admitted to practice in California, as well as the United States District Court for the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences, from the University of California, Berkeley. 

Abby Wood

Professor Wood joined Mt. San Antonio College as a full-time professor in business law and paralegal studies in August of 2014.  She currently teaches Business Law, Advanced Business Law, and Contracts.  She previously taught at Mt. SAC as an adjunct professor.  Ms. Wood has been in private practice since 2000 and is admitted to practice in California, Colorado, and Texas, as well as the United States District Court for the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from Wake Forest University.
