Mt. San Antonio Community College District (the District) is committed to equal opportunity

                                 (including sexual harassment) and outlines the steps involved in reporting and responding
                                 to related complaints.
You are encouraged to review the District’s Annual Notice of Policies and Procedures
                                 for Providing an Academic and Work Environment Free of Unlawful Discrimination, Harassment,
                                 and Retaliation.  This document contains definitions of unlawful discrimination, harassment
                                 (including sexual harassment and sexual violence) and retaliation.  It also contains
                                 each of the District’s individual policies and procedures for the investigation and
                                 resolution of complaints by or against any student, employee, administrator or third
                                 party within the District.
All members of the Campus Community are expected to act according to the behavioral
                                 standards set by our nondiscrimination and prohibition of harassment policies, and
                                 to take responsibility for maintaining discrimination and harassment-free environments
                                 in accordance with applicable laws.
If you believe you have been subjected to unlawful discrimination, harassment or retaliation,
                                 you have the right to file a complaint with a District official appointed to receive
                                 such complaints.
