Outcome for students: To help students to be aware of their own and other’s personality styles and how these styles influence their work in teams
From The Author
Narrative
Students are often put into or choose teams without understanding how their personalities can affect one another in times of stress -- like a team project! I allow my students to choose their own teams, but I do this activity first to make them aware of the possible issues that can arise when certain personality types are mixed so that they have already discussed how to work out possible solutions based upon the personalities on the team. I have found that this activity helps them to make better team decisions.
