Tina JenkinsTina Jenkins
Lead Interpreter
Tina Jenkins is currently one of our lead interpreters. She is holds CI & CT certification from RID. She has been working at Mt. SAC since the year 2000. Tina graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1988 with a Bachelor’s degree in Deaf Studies. In addition to interpreting, she has also been an adjunct instructor in the Interpreter Training Program at Mt. SAC


Jennifer StephensonJennifer Stephenson, M.Ed., RID CI/CT
Lead Interpreter
Jennifer Stephenson began her position as Lead Interpreter in November 2014 after having worked at Mt. SAC as a sign language interpreter and adjunct faculty member since 2011. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Deaf Studies-Interpreting from California State University, Northridge and a Master’s in Education in Interpreter Pedagogy/Adult Organizational Learning from Northeastern University. She is nationally certified through the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, maintaining both a Certificate of Interpretation and Certificate of Transliteration. She has been an interpreter for over twenty years and has worked in a multitude of settings including; post-secondary education, business, government, video relay, medical, mental health, concert venues, job training and aboard cruise ships. In her capacity as Lead Interpreter at Mt. SAC, she works as a mentor and a practitioner of the Integrated Model of Interpreting.


Julie Bradley Julie Bradley
DHH Counselor

Julie Bradley MS, CI/CT has been a counselor with Mt. SAC’s ACCESS/DHH program since 2005. Prior to that she worked at Mt SAC as an interpreter specialist beginning in 1998. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from University of California, Riverside and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Cal State LA. She is nationally certified through the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf and has worked as an interpreter in a wide variety of settings since she began Interpreting in 1993. She has also been teaching in the Mt. SAC ASL Interpreting program since 2003.
