The library subscribes to over 100 databases that have a wide range of content to meet your information and research needs. Use your portal login to access them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Chat with a Librarian if you have any questions. 

  • Need articles from newspapers, magazines, or scholarly journals? Try these article databases (e.g. Academic Search Complete, Research Library (ProQuest))
  • Need background information on a topic? Try dictionary and encyclopedia databases (e.g. Credo Reference, Gale ebooks)
  • Work on a current issue or controversy? Some of these databases provide you with pro/con on a topic (e.g. CQ Researcher, Issues & Controversies)
  • Look for a video clip to add to your presentation? Check the streaming video databases (e.g. Films on Demand, Kanopy)
