Committee Goals
- Communicate to the campus community by maintaining an up-to-date website.
- Review the Equal Employment Opportunity Plan and make ongoing recommendations.
- Review college employment practices and develop recommendations to ensure that such practices reflect a sensitivity to and understanding of student and employee diversity.
- Ensure that employment policies and practices eliminate bias and unlawful discrimination in recruitment, hiring, retention, and promotional processes.
- Communicate recommendations and EEO related policies and adopted policies to the District and to the campus community.
