Try your creative hand with painting and drawing classes offered through the Education for Older Adults program.

OAD FNA03 Oil Painting:

Principles of drawing, design, color, and composition for oil painting emphasizing creative skill development for the older adult population.

OAD FNA04 Watercolor Painting:

Principles of watercolor painting for the older adult population. Emphasis will be on creative expression to develop primary skills for watercolor as they relate to composition and technique.

OAD FNA32 Drawing - Beginning Through Advanced:

Perceptual and technical skills of drawing. Includes dry and fluid media for the older adult population. Focus on single objects, still life, and landscape.

Spring 2025 Schedule: 

1. Visit the Mt. SAC Schedule of Classes online to view classes for the current term. 
2. Click "Search for Classes."
3. Select the appropriate term.
4. Click the bubble next to "Noncredit."
5. Type in the Course Number (e.g. FNA03, FNA04, FNA32).
6. Click the bubble next to "No" in the Open Classes Only section.
7. Optional: select your preferred day(s) of the week.
8. Click "Submit."
